Abstract Paintings
This page features a selection of my abstract paintings, most are developed through an intuitive, process-driven studio practice. Working primarily with acrylic paint and mixed media, each piece evolves through layering, adjustment, and response rather than a predetermined plan. The work is guided by close looking and deliberate decision-making, allowing form, color, and structure to emerge gradually over time.
The gallery includes recent and selected abstract paintings that reflect an ongoing exploration of balance, rhythm, and visual tension. Some works are built slowly across multiple sessions, while others originate from smaller studies that investigate color relationships, texture, and spatial dynamics. Together, they represent a body of work grounded in consistency of practice rather than adherence to a single style.
A limited selection of paintings is available for purchase online through my Etsy shop. These available works often include smaller pieces and studies that grow directly out of my daily studio routine. Availability changes as work moves in and out of the studio, and new paintings are added periodically as the practice continues to develop.
Across the work shown here, I’m interested in how abstraction can carry mood, structure, and quiet narrative without relying on recognizable imagery. Influences from film, visual storytelling, and ongoing conversation inform my approach to pacing, contrast, and composition, shaping how each painting resolves.
This page is intended to offer a clear view into the work as it currently stands. Whether you’re viewing the paintings as a collector, curator, or simply spending time with the images, you’re invited to engage slowly and allow the work to reveal itself through sustained looking.
